Will this Surprise ________ Who Never Showed Up in the MCU Before, Show Up Tonight? Avenger's Infinity War
Warning: Possible spoilers about the most recent Agents of Shield episode "All Roads Lead...".
I'm going to see Avenger's Infinity War tonight!!! I'm super excited. I don't remember when the last time I saw a movie on opening night. But, this is the one to do so. I have watched every movie, tv episode, short film, and web-series. So I think I can say that I am a fan. I'm not expecting the perfect movie or the best in the MCU. I am expecting a solid film though.
I think we will get some surprise cameos. The directors, actors, and producers have been active on social media, to stop spoilers. Meaning, I think we may see a Defender or Runaway. But I think it will more likely be a shield agent. Still, there may be another surprise cameo. So, without further ado, I'm making the bold prediction, that an X-Men will show up.
Disney (who owns Marvel) just bought Fox, so it is now possible that there is a cameo. And the acquisition process started with enough time for a secret credit scene to be added into the film. This isn't just speculation though. Robin, the seer from Agents of shield drew a prediction in the latest episode (the one that came out right before Infinity War). The team was trying to understand what the little girl's picture meant. It looked like their Zephyr Jet, but they weren't sure. I think it was the X-jet. Here is the picture.
Okay, I'll admit that guessing that is the X-jet is a bit of a stretch. Still, does that not look like a scene from X-2 (or the first X-men, I don't remember)?
I'll admit that I am probably wrong and just fanboying out. There are still some Fox X-men movies coming out, so we probably won't see a universe merge until after those are released. It would be cool though. Maybe the X-men will be introduced in AOS. Still, I'm probably wrong as it is likely something to do with the Destroyer of Worlds and/or Quake.
